From first to last contact with ABP I have been impressed. From Kirk’s quote to the onsite work – all has been professional, reliable, and customer oriented! Everything was explained in layman’s terms, communication was good, they did what they said they would do – and more. They also did it when they said they would do it. Friendly, approachable, clean, tidy and no surprises – and that extended to the final invoice too! Minor snagging was handled swiftly and professionally too. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised at how easy the team made everything for me, minimising the not inconsiderable upheaval – all I can say is thank you very much guys, and I will have no hesitation in using your services again, and indeed recommending you to others.
