As structural builders, we are a small family run business based in South Liverpool providing all aspects of structural alterations and structural repair works to both domestic and commercial clients. All of our men are time served tradesmen and fully competent and suitably qualified for the job in hand.

We provide free no obligation written quotations and are happy to quote on most domestic and commercial projects. Our only exception to providing a free quotation is if you do not own the premises or are in the stages of purchasing it. In this scenario we would charge a fee to provide a quotation but should we win the work we would be happy to reimburse the amount you paid us for the quote. Please call us for more details.

Hours of Work

In most cases, our standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4PM

Should you instruct us to commence works for you then we would meet prior to the start date and agree on a suitable working period to ensure everybody is happy and not inconvenienced in any way.

Payment

Payment is usually made to us by direct bank transfer and depending on the size of your project, an interim payment plan may be set up with the required dates payments are to be made to us.

Completion

On completion of your project the site or your home will be left clean and tidy and the work completed to the agreed specification. In the unlikely events of any defects, there will be a set period set out where we will come back to assess and remedy and defects.
