We had a load bearing wall knock through, 2 fire places opened to the original lintel and a bricked in 1930’s Yorkist oven removed to open up the chimney to its original lintel. The communication with the team was speedy and didn’t require any chasing from us, making the project really easy to coordinate with our other work. The job was done in 2 days and the lads checked the progress with me throughout to ensure I was happy and that there was no miscommunication. Building inspection and skips were smoothly organised and team ensured they were tidy throughout the job. Care was also taken not to damage original victorian features. The lads on the job worked hard, so much so that I didn’t even notice if they stopped for lunch!
