Affordable Building Projects completed a quality job, on time and at a good price. Their communication and quality of work was very good. I would engage Affordable Building Projects again. We engaged Affordable Building Projects to support a chimney with an inverted gallows bracket, removal of a hearth in two bedrooms and repair of the bedroom floor. In addition, they handled the Building Regulations application to Liverpool City Council. We had a survey completed by a structural engineer and sent that to Affordable Building Projects to execute. It was easy to deal with them both on the phone and by email They provided a date which work would begin and they kept to that date The work went well, it was executed efficiently and competently. The workers who did the job were friendly. They tidied up at the end and the bracket looked neatly installed. At the end of the project we received the Building Control completion certificate
